Solubility of Disflamoll DPK:
Disflamoll DPK is soluble in many organic solvents like toluene, methanol, acetone, MEK, also compatible with polyether and polyester polyol as well as with all common plasticizers. 
Disflamoll DPK is insoluble in water.

Applications of Disflamoll DPK:
Disflamoll DPK is mostly used as a plasticizing flame retardant in flexible PVC. 
Disflamoll DPK can also be used as a flame retardant for polyurethanes (TPU), elastomers and thermosets such as phenolic resin for printed circuit boards. 
Disflamoll DPK is not compatible with completely nonpolar polymers such as polyethylene or polypropylene.

Disflamoll DPK acts as a highly effective flame retardant phosphate ester. 

Disflamoll DPK's flame retarding efficiency permits blending with standard plasticizers and so allowing wide flexibility for formulators. 
Disflamoll DPK is compatible with PVC, phenolic resins and epoxy resins, PC/ABS blends, TPU compounds, PUR- foams (rigid and flexible) and rubbers. 
Disflamoll DPK has a minimum shelf life of 2 years.

Disflamoll DPK is a phosphate-based flame retardant & plasticizer. 
Compatible with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), phenolic resin, polyurethane and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber. 

Disflamoll DPK is used in adhesives and sealants. 
Disflamoll DPK imparts good saponification resistance along with improved resistance to extraction by fat, oils and kerosene. 
The shelf life of Disflamoll DPK is 2 years.

Storage conditions of Disflamoll DPK:
If stored correctly, Disflamoll DPK has a minimum shelf life of two years. 
At sub-zero temperatures triphenyl phosphate may crystallize and form a precipitate. 
Disflamoll DPK can be dissolved again when heated up without any adverse effect on quality.
